#1 Picked up a Dual 721 which i believe is their flagship direct drive turntable. I picked up a Dual 704 two weeks ago and was impressed with the sound, but it lacked the auto functions. the 721 has everything. It has a Shure V15 type lll cartridge. im not familiar with this cart so im looking forward to trying it.

I bought my Dual 721 in 1983 or '84, and I've done nothing with it in the way of a tune-up. It still has the crappy stock cables, which I plan to replace. Any recommendations for that, are greatly appreciated. Low impedance cable is what is called for, but I'm not sure if I should leave it to the repair guy or bring in some cables to install.
